Waking up to that color in the morning immediately lifts your spirits! Try a color called Morning Sunshine or Lemon Fresh. That is what you are going for in the French Country look. You want a happy color accent that revives the senses. Color selection goes a long way in setting the mood you want to create in the bedroom. Not only is it the first thing that people will see when they walk into the room, but it is also one of the cheapest things to change in a room. That combines to make it an essential element for you.
After that, you are going to have to do something with the windows. You need to pick a color and have some curtains made. You can usually find the fabric to make curtains for a relatively low price. If you painted the walls yellow, then you would probably choose red for the window treatments. This will add some spice to the room and follow in the traditional French country look that you are trying to achieve.
From there, you can get creative with your décor, but just make sure that you stick to the color scheme. When you dedicate yourself to doing a themed room, you have to follow it all the way until the end. People will be impressed by the uniqueness of the room, so you need to make sure to give them that opportunity.
